The first of two shows at the park this year, the free event features the veteran puppeteers orchestrating numerous handcrafted marionettes in a variety of acts. Friends of Bixby Park arranged for the presentations and Anderson Real Estate Group funded them. In its 10th year at the park at Broadway and Cherry Avenue, the show will run again from 11 a.m. to noon Sunday, Aug. 18. Free ice cream and ice pops will be offered afterwards.
